See it for yourself at Elimpark.org Responsibilities Process ticket sales in person, by phone, and online Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond to patron inquiries Develop group sales leads and assist with group sales and lunch reservations Monitor attendance and box office sales and maintain accurate transaction records Balance and secure the sales drawer and prepare routine sales reports Prepare ticket orders and confirmations Manage usher recruitment, scheduling, and assignments Assist with show-night preparations, special events, promotions, and season launches Maintain ticketing system information, including loading new seasons Assist with administrative projects, mailings, and other duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales or customer service experience Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with ticketing systems; Tix experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours during busy periods Schedule & Requirements 8–12 hours per week in a job‑sharing arrangement, alternating daily hours with another Box Office Associate Regular box office hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, with additional hours during performances and special events Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working occasionally in a theater environment with low lighting and moderate noise All full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, company-paid life insurance, and long-term disability coverage.
