  • Develop and execute annual multi-channel marketing and promotional strategies tailored to property seasonality, target market segments, and revenue goals.
  • Direct media strategy across digital channels (paid search, paid social, display, meta-search) and traditional marketing touchpoints.
  • Ensure absolute consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Prepare, track, and optimize annual property marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

  • Manage end-to-end launch collateral, brand story development, web asset creation, and foundational digital strategy for new properties.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with property owners, General Managers, and investment shareholders.
  • Present annual marketing strategies, budget proposals, and performance reviews to key stakeholders.
  • Keep executive leadership informed of property performance, strategic initiatives, and market challenges.
Analytics, Reporting & System Management

Compile and deliver monthly marketing performance reports, offering clear insights, key learnings, and strategic adjustments.

Maintain cross-functional knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, POS) to align marketing tactics with inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies.

Leverage marketing technologies (CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, social platforms) to drive direct booking growth and customer retention.
